This is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bound of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interestingly struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. l learnt everything on the job .I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I strongly advise against joining the company .The MD treats employees horribly , almost like overburden employee with behavior that is nothing short of monstrous . He frequently shouts at the employees and uses the abuses language, creating a toxic environment . The salary structure is terrible with frequent and unjustified deductions, Employees are often forced to work overnight after office hour to meet the unrealistic deadline, yet there's is no appreciation and recognition of their effort ,The leaves polices are extremely strict and unreasonable adding to the stress . This's company environment pushes employees into depression and anxiety , it was the worst decision of my life to work here an absolute nightmare .
