It's a nice company for those who believe in hard working with result oriented attitude and prove themselves as an asset of the Organization not the liabilities.

Dislikes

Favouritism on the basis of region. Experienced Supervisors joined not getting support support from older joined seniors. Not utilisation of talent enter in the organisation from other organizations. Promotee charge hands getting more responses from seniors due to older in company. Leave schedule is very bad for Supervisors but seniors are availing leave on time so some type of discrimination.

Technical exposure is amazing. Company gives opportunities to take new challenges in work, which helps us grow as a competent leader in our field. During pandemic time, no salary deductions have happened. Work from home facility is given. Even in office is completed disinfected with temperature checks of each employee along with mandatory mask and gloves. Seating arrangement is done with social distancing. If you are placed at HO life is gud, at site you will miss your family & loose quality time enjoying with them. Also salaries and facilities for office staff is good when compared to site.
