All of them are professionally unprofession since most of them ungrate persons. Doesn't value about ur knowledge and skills and the engineering process. Their are not have enough quantity of workers and employees to manage and maintain the orders. All companies are ordering only because of low cost of making the products without cost analytical skills. They just wanted achive the traget they doesn't matter about the quality of the product. Their is no any allowance and benefits for the newly joining employee. Simply don't sacrifice ur time for any of the reason and accept for low pay job...Read More
