Work was interesting since it is an education company.you fell can cause in difference in the overall development of ur country or generation by a small part.( Abstract, plilosophical) this is what it feels when you enter the system.

Dislikes

The management is worst, they are not transparent, set daily unacheivable targets, cause a major stress and anxiety and don't appreciate the ones who is a overachiever, will get u finish the work by hook or by crook, they don't even believe in quality and once they feel the part is done and that they can hire another candidate at alower wages, they will fire you giving nonsense reasons or say the opposite of what they used to praise u for when they wanted the work to be done, the project leaders are not the right people, the managers are just not righteous, I wish they really wanted to bring a change that they brag about. NO FAITH IN THIS COMPANY. The food at the main office is worst and at other centers they don't even provide any food plus you will have to work for 10 hours as they say but it is hard to move out of the office after 10 hours, you definitely will have to stay up till late .. an average of 11.5 hours daily which is very unhealthy, they don't actually respect employee opinion nor do they care for one, only people who are good at bitching and playing mind games can enjoy here only to see others suffer. Bad experience, 40-50% people are from IIT ( most MSc s and very few engg) they carry their own attitude and they are given most consideration which is totally wrong.. they say they want people who r passionate about education but they keep people who hv no life n work untill they r saturated.. no appreciation, back bitching, bad food, long hours of work, unnecessary non achievable targets, not truthful about the Moto that they brag ....Read More
