Company will not provide notice period as it is mentioned in the offer letter. I never seen this kind of worst company in my career. I fought with them and got offer from other company also but they are saying verification failed. this stupid company has done something. If i ask for reason, they are not at all replying.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
