Absolutely horrible management, Typical Gujju/marwadi company. knows how to suck the blood of its employees. was working for 16-17 hours daily. VP was so obnoxious he created the same mess he created in his last company. absolutely draining experience. pointless meetings with 20-30% growth expected every single month. No weekly off system. work off was considered as a privilege. upper management openly abused and ridiculed middle mgmt in front of its subordinates. no respect, funny part was some team leaders were threatened to be on PIP within 15 days of joining???. every single minute had to check Cranky VP's messages on whatsapp where he ridiculed everyone and wanted answers every minute of every hour and if we didnt respond to his message he treated us like dirt in every meeting....Read More

nothing to say about this company, I haven't found such a company yet to work. culture, ambience is also poor spcl. in Mahajan Mills branch. toiletries are the worst part again, canteen facility is deadly. thank god for the vada pav wale uncle. The Cafeteria is massive enough for 10 to 12 people food, overall employee strength is just 140-180 in the office. either you need to wait for your turn or else you can die with your hunger. No PF facility and insurance for employees are applicable. Managers (Team Leaders )are not having Etiquette. if you have your own two-wheeler you need to struggle every day for getting park your vehicle. if you want to make money u can make it but the work-life for an Employee is just worst.no sick leaves, no holidays even on 26th Jan & 15th Aug, so kindly forget about the festival holiday in this case. Cost cutting is thing what I don't like in Toothsi. They removed good people from the company. Few people were very nice and hard working but company removed them because of cost cutting.

Their expectations are too high they want you to work overnight and then on Sundays too, 2nd and 4 th Saturdays are off but you have to work on those days to. Hr policies are stringent for leaves and other things , they will hold your pay if you leave the job

The management doesn't address our issues. They come up with new policies every odd week which are never in favour of employees. Sometimes it gets very frustrating to make the management understand the problems we face. Employees are forced to take official leaves but are still made to work, so that they dont have to pay them.
