...ioned.you will be working on dental cad/cam software not on mechanical software.Compensation offered is very less.There is no concept of work-life balance over here.You have to work for 6 days including Sunday sometimes.No appreciation even if you give your best.Dentists are more respected than Engineers over here,even though nature of work is same.Appraisal offered was like pinch of salt,delayed our appraisal by 3 months.Skill development is zero over here,because you will be working on dental software.I can go on list is never ending.

Requesting every Engineer do not join Toothsi.We engineers deserve better than this

...tist. No engineer is valued as much as dentist as both of them do the same work. Also the compensation is very less and salary rise is avoided by the company. If you do quality work then no one appreciate you but if u do work in huge quantity with slightly less quality of work you are getting fired and salary deduction also there. So what is the use to work where employee is not getting valued and partiality between employees.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary difference is very less for old employees compared to newly joined employees. Also the proper training is not provided to freshers. Engineers are less value person compared to dentist not only in terms of respect but also in terms of salary.

...th you friends, they want you to finish your lunch within 15 mins and come back. No salary increment for anyone in the department from last 4 years. Only managers got salary increment, rest we all are just working working and working. HR will promise that incentives will be given to you but the managers will give 30% of that variable. Useless.... So many things and no time to waste on this organization. They chose people to whom wfh can be given but when we ask wfh.. the policy beholds everything.

...ure. Will also tell you to join within 15 days ditching your current employers. Hardly does salary negotiations as well. Their salary is fixed for role before hiring. In short company offers very unethical hiring process and has no respect for new comers.
