If you are in infra, you get to test and implement emerging technologies, wherever possible and if it is aligned with the business requirements.

No job security. Newly joined top management individuals do as they wish, and the teams are always in confusion and uncertain of what comes next. Although, the top management boasts of no further reorgs and employee job security, such frequent reorgs in the past few years have torn apart the job security aspect from the minds of the employees.

Before COVID TomTom is Best place to Work ,But after the COVID Lot of changes happened in the management side so behaving like more than a service based company now.
