I can't say I worked with my bosses. They are mentors for us , absolute no formality what so ever. It is like a group of friends is running the store . The management is so considerate that no one gets bored . Learnings are very obvious,on the daily basis we were interacting with the customer and handling the floor work.

Dislikes

The shift routine did not suit my lifestyle.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
