Joining TTN was the worst decision I took in my 13 years of career and. Having worked with 5 large MNC's previously, I experienced professionalism at its low here. On top of that if you happen to join OTT BU with Indian client, your mental peace and work-life balance are ruined. As Project Manager, I was supposed to support 24*7, definitely with no extra compensations , chase juniors and act as a ring master to get the things done with zero logic and rationale. The delivery timelines were decided by Senior Project Manager and technical leads and architects had no say. The delivery and code quality is extremely low as the freshers in the project will be deployed to work on the critical modules and provided with consistent improvement feedback. Client treatment to TTN employees was pathetic. Have seen many conversations during my tenure here where client threatens senior employees that they have reach to the company CEO, if they cannot deliver anything as per them. Some of the things that I enjoyed here : * Extreme humiliation on daily basis by so called senior management * Minimum working hours of 16 or so. * Unplanned night deployment and forced weekend supports * Zero appraisals and job security * Unprofessionalism * Manipulating billing hours and resources in monthly billing - basically forging * No work ethics * Labelled as poor performer while the program performed best ( while I have always been a top performer in all prior companies :)) Try raising your voice here, you might be forced to resign (in my case OTT BU Head ) and reason for resign should be personal reason as actual reason might unveil the unprofessionalism with which such large projects are executed here to company heads. Confiscation of laptop and id disablement within 2 hours without prior notice. Not even allowed to collect your personal docs. * HRs will tell you that if you are allowed serve 2 months notice period , the company is being lenient with you. I experienced that it was true as in most cases as soon as someone resigns here, if they have no project dependency, they are relieved in a day and basic salary compensation is given. Since I decided to agree with their terms of resigning immediately and no arguments, they did me a favor of allowing me to serve 2 months notice period and salary. * This company is a strict no-no for any professional, no matter the rosy picture painted in their fake 5 star rated comments. Most of their projects are in the same condition, low budget, overworked staff and unprofessional conduct by senior management. * They are still not a known name in the industry ( even in NCR) and you may struggle initially when you switch companies. I joined during Covid and i was given PWFH and with recent changes people who cant relocate to Noida they are been terminated.
Dry promotion( only band changes but no hike), No yearly bonus, Appraisals are always the least number. Favoritism is always there

Previously it was a good company but now they lack good project and micro management is taking place in the company.
Compensations/benefits are not competitive anymore. Management is getting worse. Moving away from WFH. Poor appraisal policy. They expect you to do non-work related task and do not consider them during appraisal but take note of not doing them. Company politics.

Good organisation except few roles here.
Cloud Engineer profile has no learnings whether L1 or L2 engineers and DevOps dictatorship over cloud engineers are making environment toxic a lot.Worst part is that the management here is least concern about this issue and don't even care. There is a lot of unprofessionalism as well among people here.
