Previously it was a good company but now they lack good project and micro management is taking place in the company.

Compensations/benefits are not competitive anymore. Management is getting worse. Moving away from WFH. Poor appraisal policy. They expect you to do non-work related task and do not consider them during appraisal but take note of not doing them. Company politics.

Cloud Engineer profile has no learnings whether L1 or L2 engineers and DevOps dictatorship over cloud engineers are making environment toxic a lot.Worst part is that the management here is least concern about this issue and don't even care.
