My trainer treat me as good manner and he's reached what he know all but there is same work doing for one year. Bus traveling is free for all over Tamil nadu because the TNSTC gives ID card that is enough to travel for free

Freshers who need to develop your core knowledge in automobile, it is a good platform for you.! Working by your own makes you more comfortable to learn and sure you will have an experience.Its a central workshop so you will have wide range of exposure in automobile.Beyond the subject I learned too many things here.

It's a huge workshop for heavy-duty vehicles. It contain Renewal Certificate unit and Fitness certificate unit. I worked in RC unit for one year. I have a 6 months experience in brake chamber section. It will be a great learning experience.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
