It was like working in a family. Everyone there is very cooperative and motivating. This is one of the best educational institutions in Lucknow where the staff takes each student very seriously And tries to make improvements in academics as well as in their personal behaviour. Is someone wants to be a successful educationist then it is the right and recommended choice.

Dislikes

Disliking is only because of little bit work-life balance. I had to go on Sundays because we were having tests and meetings on every Sunday. But as a big compensation I have taken long leaves for vacations etc. And no salary was cut.. So it was a big make up for me.

Exciting most of the times.. Boring sometimes... Specially at the times of copy correction.
