I worked combo store manager, company is good, franchies is very bad they not giving salary and incenties, but company paid lock down salary and incenties, but francheis not paid salary and incenties

Company ok, but franchies very bad, after giving notice period then also they not paid salary

Job security is not there for people like me who work in franchisee stores. No benefits is given like company staff's where there should be equal value and benefits to company staffs and franchisee staffs The salaries are not paid properly. Where they pay us in 2 or 3 settlements. Salaries are one of the self motivation for employees. Due to covid19 march 40% salary was paid on may month & April salary was not paid. It is good to work in Titan eye plus but im working in a franchise payroll so job satisfaction and growth is average, where the company direct employees getting the growth more than us, we maintain same job profile and sop but end of the year they are more benifited, working under franchise means there are no scope for getting a chance in direct company payroll bcz they have their protocol, so overall experience is good but everyone wants to work hard and think about betterment but here is no scope....Read More

This is not like or dislike bcz im working in franchise payroll if i working in direct payroll then there is discomfort bcz as much as i wirk hard i will get that benefits from company but in franchise working hard or normal all are getting same benefits except few lucky employees those who are getting out of the way increments end of the year, this is the part of all companies favouring.
