Job security is not there for people like me who work in franchisee stores. No benefits is given like company staff's where there should be equal value and benefits to company staffs and franchisee staffs The salaries are not paid properly. Where they pay us in 2 or 3 settlements. Salaries are one of the self motivation for employees. Due to covid19 march 40% salary was paid on may month & April salary was not paid. I completed 2yrs in TEP store till now no ESI & PF in franchise store...Read More
