Work life balance is not applicable here. False promises for career growth. Overall experience is not considered for promotion even if you are eligible. You have to wait for five years for consideration of promotion. Compensation is low considered to industry. Be mindful that if you joi n TEAL chances of switching any company is less, they tend to speak/armtwist the hiring HR not to hire from people from TEAL. Also moving to any other Tata company is also not possible as they won't release you for moving out. TEAL has already informed Tata electronics, Gabriel, Tata Smartfoodz to not hire current employees. You have to obey everything what superior says. Sunday works are compulsory if asked to. Managers will peep into your personal life's. Managers won't bother reviewing during drawing release stage, take credit if it goes well and blame you to senior managers if it's goes wrong. Managers don't know how to behave. They will bodyshame you. Managers Often comment about others during tea breaks. TEAL has deviated from TITAN culture long ago. Titan Corporate should be aware of what's happening in TEAL. Titan corporate should investigate why there is such a high attrition rate only in TEAL.
