The level of technical exposure one can gain from here is absolutely insane. You can really learn a lot about Engineering concepts and apply them and also see how they get applied. The learning curve is so good when starting a career.

Dislikes

Extended working is glorified in the organisation which is definitely unnecessary. Also, the management is almost never appreciative and people always come first only to point out flaws rather than talk about positives. The atmosphere is a bit discouraging although the work is great.
