# Actually the company culture and policies are good but not same applicable in all divisions. # You go the senior management and HR if you have any issue but again the managers comment is the also valued if he or she tell something against you, You will be judged. # Company gives good leave benefits but if you use for atleast for a week you'll have to ask for managements manager. # Good amount of bonus we get no doubt. # Company provide evening snacks which is good. # Proud to work as according with the TATA COMPANY NAME but not the management they'll ruined your all proudness....Read More

There is a lot of politics, Work environment and culture are poor and depends on the management to management as well. Teammates are supportive and the management is like king and we are the normal people, if we think to raise our voice nothing will happen and get ready for the BAD APPRAISAL. There is a huge WORK PRESSURE with the most common pressure for Enrolling Golden Harvest Plan which if you didn't make of particular customer you did a CRIME. and you will be judged with your performance if you unable to make that plan even if you have good numbers in TERM OF SALES. Company policies are good but NOT SAME AND APPLIED in all DIVISIONS Appraisals are totally unfair and the criteria will be differ Every year. Forget about increment they don't even give you a good salary hike every year....Read More
