The company is very good, but politics at store level are very bad. The manager level people shows bias towards few people.

Politics at store level. There is growth in this company. I am working from past 8 yrs. The work pressure is very high.

I have to attend customer walk ins, like in a day I attend 3 to 4 walk ins. I have to take the mental pressure. If I am not achieving my month targets.
