Promotions are like sloth. Only employees who are at top level make the movement the most. Salary could have been better as it is not as per industry standards.

Overall a very good company to work for long. Titan offers job security. However the appraisal system requires to much of micro management and reporting. It is tough to grow as teams are big and too many band levels to cross.
