Salary was good according to other private hospital

No promotion.. If you are doing good the faculty and permanent staff members push you down and make strategy how to make you out from department.... Senior only sit on chair and doing gossips and even not help you in busy schedule just make fun of your and planning how to make you trouble... There is no place in the department forOT staff to eat and take a break you have continue wash or doning your assignment work without eating and drinking anything .. You have to only punch in the hospital in your uniform and this rule is ony for nurses.. When they make changing room at the 4th floor and off the lift in early morning so that you can use stair to reach and change your dress than come to punch... So bad...Read More
