Work life balance is good it is good place to work for people who can please their bosses(flatter).

Dislikes

IT leadership Works on personal agenda, do not have vision is completely driven by incompetent female Leadership. Complains to ethics team also don’t work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
