Work environment is good. All the co employees are cooperative. It is nearer to my loacation.

Dislikes

Career growth is neglible. Pay compensation is very less camparing to other multinational and good companies. Senior experts are less regarded. Management is only profit oriented and not welfare oriented.

Work Details

Run machines, trouble shoot the machines, Plan work for the co employees, total responsibility of productivity in the department.

Conveyance allowance given as per Govt law. Subsidised meal and snack is provided. Medical facility given but the assistance given is directly added as perk on which we have to pay tax to the government.

Relaxed environment. Work life balance.good for gaining experience.

Dislikes

Decisions take very long. Slow management. Salary & benefits not upto market standards for US-Tax profile. No flexible working hours. During covid there was a salary cut company wide for all employees, which was fine considering that time. But later on conditions improved but company did not pay back that salary.
