Micromanagement lot of ad-hoc work that you have to do at night, so your delivery timelines should not impact if task spilled, they will make you sit at office till 10PM Leaves rejected even if applying 3 months before Deliveries should not impact if you are on planned leave or sick leave For families emergencies, you have to provide medicals Already done 2 times layoffa

Everything they hired candidates even when they knew they will be selling their one vertical. Environment is not at all good. Managers are toxic, they behave like some goons. They have tendency to threaten their subordinates. They promote their friends and sing praises for them.

There are list which you won’t like it. Appraisal cycle is not proper deliberately they do the appraisal late so if you resign before that they will bot give you variable they say it’s the oart of CTC but nobody gets more than 70%. Job security isn’t good at all. You will have to work on their will whenever they want you to. You will not be valued.

Very easy to not do office work and rather do personal work.

Very poor culture. No one wants to work, most of the people have spent 5-10 years in the company, have not grown in any skill and hence can't move to any other firm because no one will take them. Most of these people are in tech/engineering teams. Very poor tech teams, do poor quality work and take a lot of time. Company treats employees like shit. No perks for employees, HR is unresponsive and doesn't work. If you are ambitious and consider yourself competent/hard-working, this place is not for you. You'll soon fall into comfort zone because none of colleagues want to work or are incompetent.
