The salary and benefits do not quite match the levels offered by other leading companies offer for cutting-edge technology professionals. 1. Sometimes employees get sandwiched in the decision making for the projects and requirement between Tieto Évry Architects and our client. 2. Some of the highly experienced employees are not aware of the concepts which cannot be supportive at times when needed help. When little experience employees help them, they won't even consider that as help and will not show case it that they received that help, which can be like a showoff 3. It gives you enough opportunity to learn new things and implement them. The company has true open-door policy where in you can ask question to CEO and CEO won't get hurt even if it's uncomfortable question. Most importantly you get reply back most of the time.
