Very less appraisal (5%) for exceed expectations. No Bonus CEO is a micro manager and CPO has created a toxic culture in prod-engineering ESOP of no value as the price at which they issue is very high now

The company culture is great. Friendly folks overall, can reach out to anyone for help and get a response. Company still feels like a community rather than independent silos with communication gap, even though it is growing rapidly. You can see the work you are doing is making an impact. Tech stack is well thought out and efficient.

PTOs are OK, but can be better. Health benefits for gym/cult etc are missing.
