New Age thinking and lots of programs and events for employees. Feeling of one team in the organisation. Polite and friendly behaviour at every level. Senior management is approachable. Great salary and perks. Leave policy is excellent

Dislikes

Upper management is obtuse to change. Culture although is average the projection of it is too high which is not the reality. Closed nityed senior management run the company based on their wins and fences rather than logic sometimes. A lot of influence by the UK team to drive everything in India although culturally not able to comprehend the needs of Indian employees.
