New Age thinking and lots of programs and events for employees. Feeling of one team in the organisation. Polite and friendly behaviour at every level. Senior management is approachable. Great salary and perks. Leave policy is excellent

Upper management is obtuse to change. Culture although is average the projection of it is too high which is not the reality. Closed nityed senior management run the company based on their wins and fences rather than logic sometimes. A lot of influence by the UK team to drive everything in India although culturally not able to comprehend the needs of Indian employees. Infrastructure is poor and this definitely a work from office company contrary to what they advertise....Read More

Company still feels like a community rather than independent silos with communication gap, even though it is growing rapidly. You can see the work you are doing is making an impact. Tech stack is well thought out and efficient.
