favourism is there. Lots of politics, along with too much complex work. German people always expects more than your experience .If you do single mistake they’ll keep on repeating this till your appraisals. They pay lower than market standards. Upper management is always there at Germany along with few favourite employees. Developerswill never get a chance to work on-site.
