Sales Executive - Multibrand

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible to sale of Third-Party Elevator (Multibrand)
2. Adhere to all safety & compliance rules & regulation of Company Adhre to Service Sales
   SOP.
3. Generate the Lead/Enquiry of Third-Party Elevator
4. Call the Third-Party Customer & Fix the Appointment for Free Health Check-up of Elevator
5. Take the Prior approval From HO for AMC Rate of Third-Party Elevator.
6. Submit the Free Health Check-up Report Along with AMC Quotation.
7. Fix the Meeting with Third Party Customer & Brief about the TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd
   Products & Services.
8. Close the Sales Lead as per customer requirement.
9. Generate the CUID/LM no in system from BSC Team.
10. Process for Booking the Third-Party unit in system.

Accountable

1. Any kind of Compliance issue because of not adherent to the safety/Compliance rules & regulations or Standard Sales SOP.
2. For timely quote submission (45 days in Advance)
3. 3rd Party additions in his / her assigned area / branch.
4. Repair order intake in his / her assigned area / branch.
5. AR of his / her assigned area as well as overall branch AR.
6. To update eagle /To Do/ NPS milestones in VIEW.
