HR seems to be taking a immature decision without any prior investigation - company policies do not exist

Low on value systems - including the senior management - the promised compensation / benefits after resigning has still not come.No proper appraisal - in fact haphazard appraisal - most time not done and haphazard decisions taken. In short not a company to work for.

Work Details

Workwise not at all challenging - senior management does the work of postmen just forwarding mails with no solution - the head of data analytics does the role of postman quite well.
