Director - FP&A ,GL

TheGL (General Ledger) and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)Director will oversee Transition and Operations of GL, Reporting, FP&A.Responsibilities include managing multiple sub-functions with GL, Reporting, FP&Aincluding Statutory Reporting and US GAAP analysis with ability to manage ateam of 100 FTEs including qualified Professionals. Previous experience in USbased GCC is mandatory (Health care preferred)

TheGL (General Ledger) and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)Director will have overall control and responsibility for all accountingand repoting aspects of the GCC and will provide establishment and oversightof all related activities for the GCC in line with the standards. The incumbentwill ensure the GCC provides all stakeholders/customers with effective andefficient services that are compliant with company standards and are deliveredin accordance with agreed performance and quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Stake holder management and keySLA driven deliveries and link SLAs to outcomes.
• Establish regular communicationwith stakeholders to share successes and solicit challenges or concerns.
• Ability to oversee multipleTransitions in parallel and drive end to end process.
• Bring in Best in Class IndustryTransformation experience and drive innovation & Automation.
• Ability to identify and improveefficiencies thereby streamlining process.
• Measure FTE KPIs and providecontinuous improvement opportunities.
• Leading and managing a team offinance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieveFunctional objectives.
• Identifying opportunities forprocess improvement and implementing best practices to enhance theeffectiveness of financial operations.

Experiences Required

• CA with 16+ years of experience in GCC finance, generalaccounting & reporting, forecasting and similar roles
• Direct experience in setting and managing R2R functionsincluding people, processes, and technology
• In-depth experience of delivering enterprise financial systems and process transformation
• Managed large scale transformation programs for the FP&A, GL or finance functions
