Greet the employee with surprising gifts on the new year and anniversary of the company.

Dislikes

Everything, no team interaction and managers won't listen and interact but EOD they will say to interaction and if we ask they won't, always they will put the blame on the team members and escape. Team members also not proper on the work, for eg: they ask for a suggestion on the issue and I did the suggestion (that was correct method to solve the pblm) but they informed the manager that I made the wrng decision and they escalate me and state - if it was in production then it will be for serious issue blabla.... They won't have time or hear or get any justification from the employee, simply they do escalation to higher management, solo authority to take decision in the name of management. Unethical manner, and they won't follow any of the MNC procedures, but they themselves portrait as MNC and they are following the procedures. 👎 you can be Loyalist, but they portrait you as non - loyalist....Read More

Lot of encouragement and scope for innovating new ideas.Good leadership team and HR teams.

Dislikes

No work life balance, facilities are just okay. Cafeteria is very small and need to stand for longer time to get a seat to have lunch.
