Company owner is very good and leveraging enough power to complete the job. Management is all good. Company compensation is equally good.

Nothing dislike, since sites are very remotely and you have to mobilise otherwise you will not be able to perform, it’s nothing related to company or management.

The growth opportunities are tremendous in the respective fields. There is ownership in work.

Dislikes

Being into mining the opportunities are related to HEMM and mining. Very little scope for people outside mining field. Also being a TamilNadu based company, there is preferential treatment and lack professionalism in turn. Also the timing is very poor and they violate all rules by making the minimum working hours as 11 hrs.
