There is nothing to like here in Thrillophilia, especially in accounts department. I literally do not suggest anybody to join, make sure first & take your decision wisely.

Dislikes

There is no work culture, no hierarchy, no job description and the behavior of current manager is worst, employee turnover is unexpected, no-good place to have your lunch (Entirely Unhygienic) think thousand times before you join.

There is nothing like in liking. Don’t even have a food canteen.

Dislikes

No culture, people comes to office in bathroom slippers, round neck T-shirt, all the people use to abuse each without filter. Have typical Indian govt culture, in fact even bad. No option for wfh, have no holiday policy,
