The work culture and the higher management like founders and VPs, AVPs are really good people. They company is growing but on a stagnant manner it is improving it's skills, process, and focused alot. To learn new things this is a great platform.

Dislikes

The lower managers, they always push to work at any condition like if you are sick, someone in your family is sick or you are having any family function they will ask to work, so no ethics or working. They are so insensitive. Even the manager are so illogical they don't even understand the issue you are facing with they just throw you in the bad situation to solve your issue by your own and even they threat you my the name of higher management and hr.
