During my tenure at Thrillophilia, I learnt a bunch of useful things from the seniors as well as my team.

Dislikes

The list of points that didn't sit well with me is a bit too long. There was almost no work-life balance back when I was an employee at Thrillophilia. We had a 9-hour long shift and nobody usually left before 9.5 hours and sometimes even more. A lot of times, the team had to work all day without any breaks and then on reaching home as well, our systems used to stay on through the night. There was no clarity with the guidelines and the demands of the authorities changed with every changing day, which used to barge so much of pressure on our heads.
