Sometimes, at the ODD hours I need to work which is not a specific Dislike, but it comes as an need of an hour, it sometimes hits me when I have some personal engagements coming / aligned. To overcome this, we need to create more pillars so that work is not over dependent on a single person.

Sales was totally fun after that managing came into the picture. I used to do sales and manage my team to achieve the targets. Later, Company gave me an opportunity to travel to Ladakh and built new products.

At the outset, the entire work-force is so positive and helpful to each other that it motivates you to achieve a goal as a team. The incentive structure is also well built and handsomely structured, whether it be sales incentives or referrals. We experiment a lot as a start-up, and hence that gives you utmost space to learn as much as one wants to!

Dislikes

Since this is a start-up, the work-life balance goes for a toss at times, however there's utmost joy in delivering what is expected out of the job! Hence, no complaints here.
