I was taken in for Python and AWS position. But I am forced to learn Power BI, which is not at all in line with my skill set. They should have been upfront about it.

If you are in good books of your manager then it's fine else you keep working like anything nobody is going to listen you up at all. You have to fight for yourself but at end of the day they will trap you.

Nothing, its a complete myth that it has a good work culture but every process and the employee satisfaction is based on manager attitude towards work. As i experienced, i have not given proper training or shared any work knowledge but started assigning work a lot and judging the work knowledge in just 3 months of span!
