If you are in good books of your manager then it's fine else you keep working like anything nobody is going to listen you up at all. You have to fight for yourself but at end of the day they will trap you.

Now it's mandate to be in office 2 days every week, which doesn't make much sense. Pay is low, lower than market standards.
