Nothing, its a complete myth that it has a good work culture but every process and the employee satisfaction is based on manager attitude towards work. As i experienced, i have not given proper training or shared any work knowledge but started assigning work a lot and judging the work knowledge in just 3 months of span!

Thomson Reuters sales team/ division is pathetic. They have a very small team of 6-7 front ending sales members. Attrition is highest in this team. Micromanagement by first line managers is severe here, which you can find no where in other MNCs. Daily forecast calls which starts 8:30 AM and you can find sales members online in teamscontinuously working, still with least satisfaction. Always there will be fear within every member. Highly toxic work environment. Dont join this organization’s sales team, surely it’ll ruin your career....Read More
