One of the worst companies in my 20 years experience with constant fear of loosing your job.

Dislikes

Most of the US higher management is run by unfit Desi people. With their constant politics they just drag the company down by many notches. So called Technology Heads in US are Desi's and they have no clue about what technology is. Most of them are in the company since ages because of their contacts but not because of any value they are bringing to the company.

Worst company I have ever worked with. Project, leadership, skill training, HR.. whatever you may loo for in a company is the most terrible in TR Technology. Other verticals might be good.. I am not sure but working in TR Technology is taking your career at least 10 steps behind. I was lured by good salary package and the brand name but I have never been more disappointed in my life.
