Before leadership and management changed it was fantastic in all aspects.

Since the leadership changed in 2022, leaders are least bothered about how their employee is how they feel No work life balance, no job security too much politics and toxic environment which is impacting employees state of mind. Promotion is very biased. No salary hike no gifts no outing
