Switch technology/career as feeling stagnant in current

Hi, I'm a software developer of 4 years experience in frontend development (React, javascript and typescript). I have worked in 2 companies so far and in both the companies I have worked in the same role. I don't have any interest in backend development works and so I don't want to become a full stack developer. I feel stagnant in my work and I feel I can be replaced anytime soon. As I want a career without much pressure and workload, please suggest a career path and ways to switch. Currently I have the role Data Analyst in my mind. Thank you.

TR is best place to work with regards to the company standards and the benefits they offer.

When it comes to promotion and hike, my experience is way too bad coz I don't think I was recognised based on my work. More politics were played. And the new TL who came from other company really spoiled the reputation of the TR. That is the only reason I left the company.
