There is no proper management structure. The company lacks hierarchy, leading to a chaotic work environment. The CEO and his wife treat employees as if they are their personal servants. They believe that since they pay salaries ,employees should be available for 24/7 . Working a full day is never enough; they expect employees to work at their so called USA time also. Requesting leave is treated as if you have committed crime. They constantly engage in their office politics and they will say we don't allow politics here. There is no job security they fire employee without any notice. Salaries are always delayed. You have ask like a beggar give the salary give the salary. Toxic work culture. No career growth.
