Never ever join this company. There is no job security. They will terminate you without any verbal discussion, won’t allow you to even serve notice period and also they will say that u will get X amount as joining bonus which u will never get. No proper projects, you will work only on PoCs and also most of the time they will make you work on weekends too without extra payment. There is no proper management structure. The company lacks hierarchy, leading to a chaotic work environment. The CEO and his wife treat employees as if they are their personal servants. They believe that since they pay salaries ,employees should be available for 24/7 . Working a full day is never enough; they expect employees to work at their so called USA time also. Requesting leave is treated as if you have committed crime. They constantly engage in their office politics and they will say we don't allow politics here. There is no job security they fire employee without any notice. Salaries are always delayed. You have ask like a beggar give the salary give the salary. Toxic work culture. No career growth. There should be proper KT - sessions for the new comers to understand the technologies being used in the Company and projects at at least 15-20 days before.
