There is a lot of groupism and partiality. Now the rest of the company available is very good to work with. But the people of the company are a little problematic, the rest of the company is very good.

Organization is good. The founders are so down to earth. But the new people who all are joining on higher level is spoiling the work culture of the company. Dear super seniors please look into this as so many unwanted things are not reaching upto you.

When I had joined everything was going great. But the person who newly joined has spoiled the work culture and soon he will spoil the entire brand. Now full of nepotism is going on, all peoples are getting hired only from Mc'Donald's and they just know the value of Vada Pav not the peoples. 90 % of managers are getting hired only from mc'D in west region and these are those who knows each other's it doesn't even matter how experienced the person is. Don't join this company if you haven't worked with Mcdonald it's my humble request because there will be no value of your hard work and dedication they will kill your passion so much partiality happenjng. Mc'D group will kill TWC soon, if any incident happens it will be closed within the mc'D group as it will never go to super seniors and directors so in directly company is in danger....Read More
