Its a consulting firm where there is no respect for an employee They don't hire people based on their qualifications and experience. Emploees working as a Recruiter are Bcom graduates, BA graduates, from sales domain, NGO etc. Its a worst company to be a part with, i would never recommend it. There is no proper hierarchy and system. Person worked as in NGO is been designated as sr delivery manager - hitesh dalal. Employees working are with bad communication skills and lack in vocabulary.
