The thing I liked about the company was the culture, the unity among the employees , As I was a TL too, as a leader my coworkers were very disciplined and organized. Salary was a minimum as a fresher against the work load ,work environment was enjoyable.

Dislikes

The long working hours , was not satisfied with the salary I used to get . Sometimes it was a long 10hours duty but , salary used to get deducted for a 5 minutes arrival . No extra money for extra working hours . Salary issues was a prominent thing ,used to get salaries middle of the month....Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
