Job security is one thing I see here as sales support teams.I get to learn myself being solution provider within India for HPLC market.

Dislikes

I see training part here is very narrow minded. my Boss looks for current quarter business for the planning of any new training which will help for future.Work life balance is poor as Im constantly forced to work even on weekends. Travel is tremendous and compensation is definitely not up to the mark as per experience and contribution to business.

Work Details

Work is exiting as I get to see new clients every single day and I position my company products with great interest. I find myself that ThermoFisher has nice range of products which I can showcase to customers and convince them how they are important.
